Rana’s first book Meals without Tears: How to get your child to eat healthily and happily (Pearson) was published in 2007.
It is also available in Spanish, Polish, Vietnamese and Russian.
Her second book What to eat when you’re pregnant: including the A-Z of what’s safe and what’s not (Pearson) was published in 2008.
It has been translated into Spanish, Portuguese and Polish.
A second edition was published in November 2011.
Her latest book Weaning Made Easy (White Ladder) was published in October 2011.
It compares baby-led weaning and traditional feeding, and shows how to get the best of both worlds.
She also contributed to the Practical Parenting book Your Baby’s First Year: Month-by-month, What to Expect and How to Care for Your Baby (Hamlyn) 2008.
Rana was also one of the experts invited to write a chapter for a book entitled Maternal-fetal nutrition during pregnancy and lactation, Symonds M & Ramsay M (eds) (Cambridge University Press).
Her chapter focuses on ‘Vegetarians and vegans during pregnancy and lactation’.
